- 1 onion chopped
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 10 oz pkg corn
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 3-4 chicken breast
- chili peppers (optional)
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder, and taco seasoning in crock pot
- Place chicken on top and cover.
- Cook on low for 10 hours or high for 6 hours
- Half hour before it is done, take chicken out and shred.
- Place back in crock pot and mix in.
- Top with cilantro and serve on top of rice with cheese, sour cream, etc.
